TECHNICAL WORKSHOP

MODERN EQUIPMENT FOR FIELD DEVELOPMENT AND WELLS CONSTRUCTION

OFS equipment is one of the most important elements in the implementation of any projects of oil and gas production companies, and the level of applied technologies and staff competence has a decisive influence on the efficiency and cost of operations.

Technical Workshop “Modern Equipment for Field Development and Wells Construction” is a unique place to share knowledge about the latest developments in the segments of the oilfield service equipment.

KEY TOPICS:

High-pressure pulser for Hydraulic Fracture

Predicting and dynamic control of gas distribution system

Cementing of payzone with overpressure

Swell packer adaptation in a basic cementing process

Equipment for effectization of oil and gas field development

High-strength drill pipe for fail-safety and effectization of exploitation at a low temperature

Equipment for shallow oil field development

Power loss decreasing in viscous oil transit

Validity estimation of multiphase transport technology of oil-dissolved gas in Russian Arctic offshore

High pressure transport technology of multicomponent hydrocarbon gas

Latest workover equipment

Equipment and technologies for “smartwells”: development, advance, servicing

Temperature distribution prediction on “smartwells”

Optimization of progressive cavity pump production for oil development

trees of production and injection wells

From 2013 through 2018, growth in workover jobs may decelerate to between 2.8 percent and 4.9 percent per year as many companies will invest most of their resources in production maintenance and expansion methods (new drilling, various EOR techniques, etc.). In addition, from 2015 through 2017 Russia will start commercial development of major fields in the Bolshekhetskaya depression and Yurubcheno-Tokhomskaya zone. During these years the sector will seek to invest primarily in drilling at new fields rather than in workovers.
