Began his career in 1993 as head of the Moscow representative office of JV Remko Alnas Ltd. From 1996 through 2001 he was general
manager of Remko Caspian Ltd., and operations director of Remko Energy Moscou Ltd. From 2002 through 2004 he was vice president of oilfield services company Excess Industries (Eurasia). From 2004 through 2007 he was business development director of Weatherford International (USA), and vice president for Russia and the CIS for Weatherford International (USA) from 2007 through 2010. He was appointed vice president of NewTech Services in 2010. In 2013 he was named general director of Targin Holding (known as Bashneft Service Assets until June 2014).

MIKHAIL PASECHNIK, GENERAL DIRECTOR, GAZPROMNEFT-NEFTESERVIS

Born in 1954. Graduated from the Kiev State University in 1984, and from the Moscow Gubkin Oil and Gas Industry in 1987. Candidate of technical sciences. From 1992 through 2008 he was general director of Gazpromneft - Noyabrskneftegazgeofizika. From 2008 through 2013 he was line manager of Gazpromneft - Noyabrskneftegazgeofizika. From 2013 to date he has been general director of Nefteservis. His awards include Distinguished Worker in the Oil and Gas Industry of the Russian Federation, Honored Oil Worker, member of the Well Test Association, and member of the Eurasian Geophysical Society.

ROBERT FULKS, GLOBAL DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC MARKETING, UNCONVENTIONAL RESOURCE TEAM, WEATHERFORD

Since 2005 Rob Fulks has been entirely focused on shale project development. Relying on his thirty-four years of industry experience Rob leads a group of cross-disciplinary subject matter experts in assisting operators with shale/mudstone projects in North America and globally. Rob originated the unconventional leadership role with Weatherford after returning from three years as area manager on Sakhalin Island, Russia. The URT team uses an integrated approach focusing on early evaluation, horizontal drilling, multi-zone completions and the latest artifi cial lift technology to deliver value to client’s shale projects. Weatherford’s portfolio of services focused on unconventional basins is comprehensive. Rob is a member of SPE and AAPG.

VIKTOR GNIBIDIN, DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENGINEERING DRILLING OF SAMARANIPINEFT (ROSNEFT)

In 1970 he graduated from the Kuybyshevsk Polytechnical Institute as a mining engineer. In 1984, he completed graduate school at the Ufa Oil Institute and earned a degree as a candidate of technical sciences with a major in drilling oil and gas wells. From 2002 through 2006 he was first deputy general director or VNIITneft. From 2006 through 2009 he was department head at Eurasia Drilling Company. Since 2009 until the present time, he has served as deputy head of the engineering drilling department of SamaraNIPIneft (Rosneft).

VALERY EPSHTEIN, GENERAL DIRECTOR, CENTER FOR OIL AND GAS STUDIES AND TECHNOLOGY, UNION OF OIL AND GAS EQUIPMENT PRODUCERS

From 2003 through 2005 he was head of the department for development of oil and gas equipment of OMZ Marine and Oil and Gas Projects. From 2005 through 2006 he was head of the department for development of oil and gas equipment at Uralmash Drilling Equipment. From 2006 through 2007 he was deputy service director of Uralmash Drilling Equipment unit. From 2008 through 2009 he was director of engineering and development at Integra-MashServis. From 2009 through 2011 he was deputy director for business development of the oil and gas equipment division of Uralmash-Engineering. From 2011 through 2013 he was general director of NGK-Technologies. In September 2013 he was named general director of the Center for Oil and Gas Studies and Technologies.

MARAT ZAIDULLIN, HEAD OF OIL AND GAS SECTOR, “SKOLKOVO” FOUNDATION

In 2005-2007 Marat was a manager of consulting projects for the development of programs to optimize production in large enterprises (SIBUR, RUSAL, etc.). From 2007 to 2012 he headed the project group for performance management in “Gazprom Neft”. Since 2013 he is a head of oila nad gas sector in “Skolkovo” Foundation. His responsibilities include support for innovative companies at all stages of development (search for investors, promotion, etc.)

YURY STANKEVICH, DEPUTY CHAIRMAN, RUIE COMMITTEE ON ENERGY POLICY AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY

Graduated from the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation and Military University, holds higher economic and legal education. He began his career in agencies of the RF Ministry of Justice. After retiring from state duties, he worked at O&G companies, specifi cally LUKOIL, where he was in charge of a unit for relations with state authorities and public associations. From 2008 to date he has been deputy chairman of the RUIE Committee for Energy Policy and Energy Effi ciency. A member of the executive pool of the President of Russia.
