On May 19, 2017, Baltschug Kempinski Hotel was the venue of the 14th International Conference “Offshore Upstream Development in Russia and CIS 2017”, a premier industry event focusing on a discussion of strategies for tapping petroleum reserves of the Russian continental shelf given the country’s current financial and economic landscape, and showcasing state-of-the-art offshore upstream technologies and case studies offering specific solutions.
